Park has definitely been getting spruced up. Have camped here for three years off and on as near Stetson University. This vist many buidings were resided and painted. Still in need of repair but definitely improving. The St Johns river is beautiful and they do have a boat ramp

Looked at the park as a possible campground to spend the summer in NY. Immaculate. Nice large sites. Staff very friendly and helpful. Do not follow your GPS you will end up on a dirt road like we did. Follow campground directions.

Gorgeous Ocean views from front row sites. Nice breeze on the back row sites. Sites are small and tight. Not much room in between sites. The view makes you forgive everything.

Pretty clean park. All activities are pay to participate. Rodeo, Miniature Golf etc. Worth the trip. Have camped here numerous times.

Nice park. Close to Stetson University. Beautiful Marina. Restaurant. New pull thrus a little tight to maneuver. Nicest park in area.

Facilities are getting a little run down looking. You can tell this is a corporate owned location. Does not have that pride of ownership feel that many family owned parks do. Have camped here several times because of closeness to my home. It is nice weekend trip. Every time I felt like it took forever to be waited on upon check in. Does not set the tone for the weekend well. Camp frequently and understand sometimes parks get busy but to never have enough staff for check in. To me first impression is a lasting impression. Adult pool area is very nice but pool needed to be skimmed.

Clean small park. Near FSU. Very pleasant staff. Helpful with directions and things to do in the area.
